Archy Kirkwood
Archy Kirkwood has been a member of the House of Lords since 2005 and was an MP for 22 years before that.
He has concentrated on social affairs, and has been the Liberal Democrat spokesperson for Health, Social Security, Scotland and International Development. He is a Director and Trustee of the Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust and was knighted in 2003 for his services to Parliament.
