| Into Work Project - William Mooney
William had been unemployed for two years and found it difficult to find work until he came to the Wise Group. He says: “The Wise Group were great! They treated me as an individual and really understood my concerns and my job aspirations. After a one-to-one session, my assigned consultant immediately had job vacancies for me and helped develop my confidence. I applied for various jobs and as a result had two interviews. I was coached on interview techniques and communication. Thanks to the Wise Group I successfully found a job in cleaning. My confidence and communication has improved. In general I am very happy to be working in a job that offers scope and development”. William’s plans for the future include sustaining this job and perhaps even get promoted. |
