Specialist (Fair Start Scotland)

The Wise Group is proud to have been selected as the provider for Fair Start Scotland to offer end-to-end employability provision to support unemployed people in East and West Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.

Our team will support the most economically deprived customer groups and those experiencing multiple and/or entrenched challenges to gaining employment.

We are looking to recruit a Specialist (Fair Start Scotland) to deliver a range of specialist Employment Services to support participants through their journey, into sustainable employment.  As post holder you will ensure contractual obligations and key delivery indicators are achieved, and will manage the relevant administrative duties to meet compliance requirements.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate, innovative with the ability to work to targets.

You must have excellent time management, organisational skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to use your own initiative.

Salary:                £21k + excellent benefits
