Home Energy Scotland is a free, impartial advice service funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust and delivered in the Strathclyde & Central region by The Wise Group. Our team offer expert advice to individuals, communities and organisations in areas such as energy saving, renewable energy, sustainable transport and water efficiency. The work we do contributes towards the Scottish Government’s aims of alleviating fuel poverty and tackling climate change.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Home Energy Scotland team as Team Lead (HES Operations Coordinator). This is a key position with responsibility for managing the delivery of a range of specialist advice services including; business transport, home renewables, community renewables, business resource efficiency and in-home advice services.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced manager who will take operational ownership for the delivery of services. You will be thoroughly organised and it will be your responsibility to ensure that demanding targets are met and the highest quality standards are maintained.
We are seeking someone with management experience, ideally in an operational management capacity, who can demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and a creative thinker able to motivate and manage a team to achieve their full potential. A passion for carbon reduction, energy efficiency and fuel poverty alleviation would be desirable.

Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 + excellent benefits
