What’s the opportunity?


You will become part of the Wise Group Team, working with our HES partnership, providing free and impartial advice on sustainable energy to householders, businesses and communities. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing the highest standard of professional service and going the extra mile to assist householders through multiple channels, mainly over the telephone.


Who are you?


You will be motivated to play a key role in our team delivering a world class service, making sure that every customer is given an exemplary standard of support and advice. You will answer questions and give advice relating to a wide variety of services with the objective of improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions and tangibly reducing fuel poverty.


You will be able to able to think on your feet, solve problems and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You will demonstrate personal resilience to support customers experiencing challenging circumstances.


An interest in the environment is advantageous but not essential, full training will be provided.

Salary                 £19,500 + excellent benefits

Hours                  35 hours per week (Flexible Working)

Status                 Fixed Term until 31/03/2022
