What’s the opportunity?

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Private Sector Landlord Specialist Advisor to join the Wise Group Team, working with our Home Energy Scotland (HES) partnership. You will join a specialist team responsible for delivering in depth advice on home renewables technologies, energy efficiency and energy storage to householders across the Strathclyde and Central area.  

Working closely with colleagues in the Home Energy Scotland advice centre and with the support of the Energy Saving Trust, you will provide detailed advice to Private Sector landlords through; in-home visits, written reports, by telephone and working with our outreach team at public events. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of specialist advice and customer service. The service delivers key outcomes in relation to operational targets, and you will work closely with colleagues and partners to maximise delivery potential.

 

Who are you?

You will be self-motivated with excellent customer service and communications skills. You should have the drive and enthusiasm to achieve excellent results, overcome challenges and find solutions to achieve the best outcomes for customers.

 

The following experience and qualifications are preferred:

 

  • City and Guilds Energy Awareness
  • Domestic Energy Assessor
  • Experience of delivering energy efficiency advice directly to householders

 

The role will be primarily home based however due to the travel involved in the role; a full driving license will be required. We would also require you to be able to travel within the 11 local authorities within the Strathclyde & Central area to deliver face to face advice and support.
