Position: Team Lead

Location: Remote First – Principally home based with some travel

Salary: £27,577 + excellent benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status: Fixed term to 31 March 2023

The opportunity

An excellent opportunity has become available to join our Wise Group Employment Services and Skills team as a Team Lead; leading, motivating and developing colleagues working in our established Skills and Training team who deliver accredited training across Scotland and our exciting new Connect team who provide digital mentoring of key life-skills currently in Scotland with ambitions to grow our geographical reach this year.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced manager with well-developed communication skills who will take responsibility for driving and delivering operational performance and growth.

Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and a creative thinker able to enthuse and lead a team with emotional intelligence and be comfortable in both managing and implementing change and be able to manage and prioritise multiple competing demands.
