Specialist (Employer Engagement , Fair Start Scotland)

 

The Wise Group is the proud provider for Fair Start Scotland offering end-to-end employability provision to support unemployed people in East and West Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.

Our team support the most economically deprived customer groups and those experiencing multiple and/or entrenched challenges to gaining employment.

We are currently looking for an Employer Engagement Officer to join our team. Applications are invited from individuals who are confident and charismatic, have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships with local and national employers. Preferably from a commercial recruitment, marketing or sales background, although this is not essential.

You will be responsible for promoting the service and building a network of employers. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. 

This post is subject to a Disclosure Scotland check. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential as travel is involved in this post.

Status:                 Fixed Term to 31 March 2021

Salary:                 £21k + excellent benefits
