This is an excellent opportunity to be at the centre of our journey and become our next Executive Assistant, supporting the Chief Executive, Directors and Board Members.

Who are you?

You will be organised and motivated to play a central role in acting as a professional interface between the Operating Board and their internal and external contacts.  You will be critical to ensuring they operate efficiently by establishing good relationships, being proactive, and gaining a good understanding of their preferences and ways of working. Other duties include managing diaries with many competing priorities, supporting board and other committees by planning and ensuring the timely creation of papers, note taking and report writing. The ideal candidate should demonstrate first class communication and administrative capabilities.

The ability to manage a varied workload under pressure, be well organised and assertive, and having excellent IT and written communication skills are essential.

Salary:                  £22,000 – £25,000 + excellent benefits
