Specialist (Work Coach, Fair Start Scotland)

The Wise Group is the proud provider for Fair Start Scotland offering end-to-end employability provision to support unemployed people in East and West Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.

 

Our team support the most economically deprived customer groups and those experiencing multiple and/or entrenched challenges to gaining employment.

 

We are looking to recruit Work Coaches to deliver a range of specialist employment services to support participants through their journey, into sustainable employment. As post holder you will ensure key delivery indicators and performance targets are met and will manage the relevant administrative duties to meet compliance requirements.

 

Our ideal candidate will be passionate, innovative with the ability to work in a pressurised environment and have the ability to prioritise and manage their own time effectively.

 

Our ideal candidates will come from a frontline customer service background and will have experience of dealing with challenging clients, achieving targets, resolving complaints and working to strict KDI and SLA’s.

 

This position is both challenging and rewarding the successful candidate will be given full training to be effective in this role.  

 

This post is subject to a Disclosure Scotland check. A full driving licence is preferred but not essentials there is travelling involved in this post.
