Our team help people to change their lives for the better. Whether that’s as a mentor supporting people as they leave prison, an energy advisor providing valuable advice on managing energy bills or a work coach giving one-to-one support to help people build confidence to go for the job they’ve always wanted. It’s our people who make this possible.

We believe in looking after our colleagues too. Working at the Wise Group brings with it some great benefits, like up to 33 days annual leave, flexible working and paid time off to volunteer. We’re deeply committed to learning and development and offer training opportunities, shadowing and mentoring for our colleagues.

We also prioritise the health and well-being of our colleagues, and our Re-Connect counselling service is available to all of our colleagues.
