Energy advice and advocacy

COVID-19

We’re open for business across all of our services, including Energy Advice and Advocacy.  In line with Government advice, we’ve paused our face-to-face to contact entirely, instead delivering a high quality nationwide service using alternative channels.  We recognise that home heating and energy use will be affected by people staying home to work or to avoid picking up the coronavirus. We can help with any questions you might have around staying warm and saving energy.
