Our Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT) continue to provide free and impartial energy advice to households. Your advice appointment will now take place by phone.
We provide free energy advice to households across Scotland helping people to lower their energy bills, use energy more efficiently, get the best deal on electricity and gas supply, and to better understand fuel bills and meter readings. We also look into any available funding, such as the Warm Home Discount.
Anyone with prepayment meters in their home who are worried about credit running low, or indeed have already ran out of credit, can also speak to our team for expert advice and support. We offer free and impartial advice to anyone who needs the help.
