The leadership team
The leadership team has two committees with specific remits. The performance and finance leadership team focuses on performance, finance, and associated risks. The business growth and development leadership team consider business growth and development goals and activities. Both committees meet monthly as a minimum.
Working groups and committees
The leadership team committees are supported by a number of internal working groups and committees. The groups have membership drawn from managers and staff from across the business. They provide opportunities for people to be involved in policy development and continuous improvement activities beyond the scope of their roles, to develop new skills, increasing business awareness and demonstrate positive behaviours. Groups comprise of people that have been nominated or volunteered to be members. This structure underpins the Wise Group belief that a constructive culture is the critical factor in achieving excellent performance.
