Delivered by people, backed by data – creating shared value
The Wise Group works with partners who want to do more than manage problems – together, we prevent them. Our strategic partnerships join public, private and social value around the people and places that need it most.
We bring whole-person support, trusted relationships, and powerful data insights that track progress across work, income, health, energy and family stability. Combined, this creates one joined-up offer for households and one set of outcomes for partners.
What we offer

St Giles and the Wise Group are deepening a national strategic partnership to deliver integrated rehabilitation and prevention at scale.
For more than five years, we’ve worked side by side, bringing over 100 years of combined experience in justice, lived-experience support, relational mentoring and whole-family services. Together, we’re building a stabilising pathway for people leaving custody and those at risk of entering the justice system.
When someone leaves prison, housing, health, income, family relationships, work, recovery and energy use all shape whether they stabilise or spiral back into crisis. Too often, those systems don’t join up. St Giles Wise is designed to change that.
What we do together
This is a strategic partnership, not a merger or rebrand. It builds on proven joint delivery and a shared commitment to public value, including our evidenced social return for every pound spent and more than £50m in annual social value.
Why it matters
The justice system is under pressure: court backlogs, growing remand, homelessness, mental health crises and stretched local services. At the same time, government is calling for deeper integration across justice, work, health and housing.
St Giles Wise offers a practical answer: a system-integrated, relational model that reduces reoffending, strengthens household stability and improves outcomes across multiple domains.
