Re-Connect

Re-Connect is a rapid access counselling, free of charge counselling service designed specifically for Wise Group colleagues and their customers. The service ensures our colleagues and customers get the support they need within 48 hours of a referral.  Our counsellors help customers through whatever is affecting their mental health, like depression, anxiety, stress, or addiction.

Through our partnership with Glasgow Clyde College, our counsellors are trained and working towards British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy accreditation. They offer a non-judgemental, empathetic and supportive experience, regardless of what the person they’re working with is going through. The counselling relationship offers a safe, warm and trusting environment to talk about anything the customer wants, with no pressure of any outcomes.

Re-Connect provides eight sessions of counselling which can be ten if the customer and counsellor think this would be beneficial.
