Position: Mentor (No Limits FA)

Location: Remote First – principally home base with occasional travel

Salary: £23,690 + excellent benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status: Fixed term to June 2023

The opportunity

The Wise Group is pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity funded by Scottish Government. Our No Limits programme will provide mentoring and support to S3/S4 pupils (14-16 year-olds) to help them complete their Foundation Apprenticeship.

In this role, you’ll work with a range of key stakeholders to ensure learners are given the best opportunities to engage and create positive progression pathways by completing a Foundation Apprenticeship. We will operate within Dundee and North Lanarkshire local authority areas, working with six schools within each.

At the Wise Group, our mentoring approach is at the core of every service we offer and has proven the most effective way to empower and support individuals to inspire positive change.

Within the No Limits Programme as a Mentor, you will play an important role in the enterprise working with learners to ensure they receive the right advice, guidance, support, and advocacy necessary throughout their journey.

A full driving licence and daily use of a car is required as there will be some travelling required in this post.
