Position: Administrator (Community Justice)

Location: Remote First – principally home based with limited office-based activity

Salary: £19,570 + excellent benefits

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working)

Status: Permanent

The opportunity

The Wise Group provides support to customers who are serving short term prison sentences and seeks to help their reintegration back into the community following liberation. We work with people on an individual basis to identify their needs and offer solutions to help improve their situation. As an Administrator within this team, you will be carrying out clerical tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of this service.

You will be processing lots of information using a computer, so you’ll need strong IT skills along with excellent communication abilities as you will engage with a variety of internal and external colleagues and customers.  This will also include answering enquiries by phone call and email.

The right candidate will be organised and able to prepare documents, presentations and other materials as requested by your team lead.
