Talent Match
Talent Match North East is our employability programme aimed at helping young people in the North East get into work.
We are funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and we offer a range of support for young people including:
- Access to a range of training, education and employability courses
- One to one support from our trained Youth Coaches
- Work experience placements
- Business Start up coaching
- Financial support to ensure you can get to the best opportunities
Talent Match is for 17 and 25 year olds who have been out of education, employment or training for 12 months or more. Talent Match North East has already helped over 1000 young people in to work through a programme of support and encouragement.
