Delivered locally by a range of partners, Fair Start Scotland can help employers find the right fit for their organisation.

By working with employers across the West area, we want to give Fair Start Scotland participants the best chance of getting and sustaining real and meaningful jobs, and help employers address their recruitment needs.

Fair Start Scotland activities will reflect local needs and labour markets, with employers involved in volunteer placements and work tasters, sector-based work academies (SBWA) and in-work support.

We’ll support you to support others. Participants starting a job will get up to 12 months in-work support from Fair Start Scotland advisers, so everyone feels supported.

All of the partners who deliver Fair Start Scotland are experts in what they do, and working together we make sure that Fair Start Scotland participants are supported to transform their lives.
