Amanda had been unemployed for four months before she approached our Cashback Connections team.
After leaving school, she had been employed in temporary roles and had completed two work placements,
Through Cashback Connections, Amanda built up her skills during a three week customer service work academy. This allowed her to gain vital skills that she would need to work within the customer service industry.
She secured accredited qualifications in customer service – Principles and Practices and Highfield Level 2 Award in Conflict Management.
As part of the work academy, Amanda completed a one week long placement at The Range, a shop in Glasgow.
Amanda thoroughly enjoyed her time at The Range and was delighted when she was invited to attend an interview for a job – which she then got!
