New mentoring programme encourages pupils to have No Limits

No Limits is a complimentary support programme to help pupils fulfil their potential with their Foundation Apprenticeship.

The project supports 14–16-year-olds in school with 1-2-1 mentoring in North Lanarkshire and Dundee. No Limits will motivate, inspire, and build confidence in young people who are currently doing their Foundation Apprenticeships as well as offering support to their families and care givers.

Pupils will be referred to us via their learning provider or school and supported by their mentor face-to-face within dedicated spaces in school or community spaces. In addition to this, there will be check-in phone calls, online via Teams, via WhatsApp, or FaceTime to fit around their school timetable.

The No Limits team currently consists of Sean Donnelly as Operations Lead, Christina Brown as Team Lead and Kelsey Admans who is the mentor in North Lanarkshire. Mentors for Dundee are due to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

No Limits will be working alongside Skills Development Scotland and several learning providers. For more information, please email the team at nolimits@thewisegroup.co.uk.
